The R/1class is engaging with the unit, ‘When is Your Birthday?’. Students have started learning the names of the months in English and in Japanese. Students have noticed that there is a symbol 月 in every name of the months in Japanese. This symbol means ‘moon’. Students learnt how to write this symbol and made a moon mobile in the lessons.
